Every job starts the same way: we evaluate each tree — its size, lean, condition, and what's around it — and plan the cut before a saw ever starts. Then we remove or trim it in a controlled way and clean up the branches, logs, and debris so your property is left neat. If anything here needs adjusting, call or text us and we'll revise it.
When you're ready, review the itemized estimate, accept it, and place your deposit. That locks in your spot on our schedule.

The agreement, in plain English
Ten short items. No fine print.
- Scope. We perform the work itemized in your estimate. Anything not listed is excluded and quoted separately.
- Payment. The deposit shown on your estimate is due at acceptance; the balance is due on completion. Card, ACH and check accepted.
- Hidden conditions. Internal rot, embedded metal, concealed damage or buried obstructions found during the work may change the method or price. We'll explain and get your approval in writing before proceeding.
- Weather & scheduling. Dates depend on weather and ground conditions. Storm emergencies may shift the schedule; we'll keep you informed.
- Access. Please move vehicles, open gates and secure pets on the work day. Equipment may leave tire marks or minor turf impressions on soft ground; lawn repair is not included unless listed.
- Ownership & permits. You confirm the trees are on your property or that you have permission to have them worked on. Trees in a town right-of-way or protected areas may need permits, which we'll flag before scheduling.
- Utilities. We request Call Before You Dig (811) mark-outs before stump grinding. You identify private lines (irrigation, invisible fence, lighting, septic). Work near power lines may require coordination with the utility.
- Wood & debris. Branches, logs and debris are removed unless your estimate says wood will be left on site. Stump grinding removes the visible stump below grade; grindings stay on site unless removal is listed.
- Cancellation. Cancel within 3 business days of acceptance for a full deposit refund. Please give us at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule.
- Validity. This proposal and estimate are valid for 30 days.
